Filter tickets based on date. Review ticket details. Check ticket statuses. Monitor ticket activity. 6. Lead Management Authorized users may create leads through the TMS application. Users may: Create new leads. View their leads. Update lead details. Update lead status. Track the progress of leads. 7. Custom Tickets The TMS application provides custom ticket functionality for business-specific requirements. Users may create custom tickets, view their tickets, update ticket details, and update ticket status. 8. Data Storage Information managed through the TMS application, including tickets, leads, statuses, user activities, and other business information, is stored and managed for business operations. The application may maintain ticket and lead history, including status changes and related business records. 9. Data Sharing TMS does not sell, rent, or otherwise share user or business information with third parties except where required by applicable law or where necessary to provide and operate authorized application services. 10. Security Login credentials are provided directly by the TMS administration team.
