# Privacy Policy – DueMaster

DueMaster is a business follow-up and outstanding management application for tracking customer outstanding amounts, managing follow-ups, and receiving timely reminders. The application is accessible only to authorized users.

## 1. User Access

Users are provided with login credentials (username and password) directly by the DueMaster administration team. There is no self-registration feature. Users can edit their password after login from their profile section.

## 2. Information Collection

DueMaster collects and stores the following information for business operations:

- Username and encrypted password
- User ID and Account ID
- Customer names and contact numbers
- Outstanding amounts and overdue amounts
- Follow-up dates, times, and remarks
- Follow-up history and completion status
- Device ID for notification service

User accounts are pre-created internally and only used for login access.

## 3. App Usage

The application allows authorized users to:

- View customer outstanding details
- View overdue amounts with red color indication
- Add, edit, and schedule follow-ups for customers
- Receive notification 1 minute before scheduled follow-up time
- View and edit their profile (username and password)
- View follow-up history
- Close completed follow-ups
- Get call notifications with customer name, outstanding amount, and overdue amount (in red color)

## 4. Notification Service

DueMaster includes a background notification service that:

- Runs continuously even when the app is closed
- Sends notification 1 minute before scheduled follow-up with sound and vibration
- Shows customer details on incoming/outgoing calls with outstanding and overdue amounts
- Restarts automatically after device reboot
- Checks for follow-ups every 30 seconds

## 5. Data Storage

All data displayed in the app (such as customer details, outstanding amounts, follow-ups, and orders) is managed internally by your company for business operations. Data is stored in your company's own database.

## 6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to any third parties. Your business data remains within your company's database.

## 7. Permissions Required

DueMaster requires the following permissions:

- Phone State – To detect incoming/outgoing calls and show customer outstanding details
- Read Call Log – To identify caller numbers
- Read Contacts – To match caller numbers with customer ledger entries
- Notifications – To send follow-up reminders
- Vibrate – To provide vibration alerts for follow-ups
- Boot Completed – To restart notification service after device reboot
- Foreground Service – To keep notification service running even when app is closed
- Ignore Battery Optimization – To ensure timely delivery of follow-up notifications

## 8. Security

Login credentials are provided securely by the administration and encrypted locally. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Users can change their password anytime from the profile section.

## 9. Children’s Policy

This application is intended for business users only and is not designed for children under 13.

## 10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy if required. Any changes will be reflected in the app.
